Hi Everyone!
On this post i wanted to do a healthy habits post which is just some ways to stay and be healthy!
( ATTENTION THE FOLLOWING IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ALL PEOPLE!)
DRINK WATER! If you look up on "Google" "How many cups of water should I drink every day?" The answer to most would be 8 glasses or container whatever you have PER DAY! Its best If you have one whole glass as soon as you wake up!
RIDE , STRETCH , HIKE , RUN! Almost everyday after school i love to ride my bike or hike in the woods behind my house next to my huge lake! I also luv to go on my boat and get some fresh air!
EAT HEALTHYYYYY! So i know not most people like or luv to eat vegies everyday! So start eating some more fruit than you do veggies than after you eat some fruit wait a couple of hours than say to yourself I already had a fruit so now i should eat a vegie! Who says food can't be fun?!?!?!
Make a smoothie!!
Those are most of my ways of staying healthy and staying fit!
