strawberries are smooth mosty in smoothie's here is a great healthy boosting smoothie that is a great on the go breakfast booster!
strawberries are smooth mosty in smoothie's here is a great healthy boosting smoothie that is a great on the go breakfast booster!- cut up about 5 or 6 frozen or refrigerated strawberries and add them in the blender
- next some mango and blueberries and even pineapple would be extra yummy but if you don't have those thats ok!
- add some ice cubes by some i mean a fare about to the blender so that it will crush!
- add about a cup of milk!
- lemonade or orange juice will help put some extra "Umfh" into them!
- next add a half of a banana!
- then blend until its "Smooth" ( it helps to every 5 seconds shake the blender to get all of the fruits and food in their!
- ENJOY WITH A SWIRLY STRAW AND A NICE BOK OR TV OR WHATEVER!
