sooooooo i know almost everyone has hair but are we taking care of it as much as we are taking care of our bodies?
Hair to me is my savor accessory!
Thats why i like to keep it hydrated and healthy!
H2o (WATER) will help your whole body including hair thats why i drink h2o everywhere i go!
I drink at least 8 cups a day!
If your a coffee person try drinking as much water as you drink of coffee.
Also h2o helps your skin too. H2o lets your skin shine sure it won't get acne out but it will hydrate your skin.
Back to hair: My favorite thing to do to my hair is a french braid just one french braid to the back of your head!! Really simple and easy. sometimes i like to put a headband on too!
