STRAWBERRIES ARE SMOOTH!?!?!?!

I got to say.. strawberries are smooth mosty in smoothie's here is a great healthy boosting smoothie that is a great on the go breakfast booster!
  1. cut up about 5 or 6 frozen or refrigerated strawberries and add them in the blender
  2. next some mango and blueberries and even pineapple would be extra yummy but if you don't have those thats ok!
  3. add some ice cubes by some i mean a fare about to the blender so that it will crush!
  4. add about a cup of milk!
  5. lemonade or orange juice will help put some extra "Umfh" into them! 
  6. next add a half of a banana!
  7. then blend until its "Smooth" ( it helps to every 5 seconds shake the blender to get all of the fruits and food in their!
  8.   ENJOY WITH A SWIRLY STRAW AND A NICE BOK OR TV OR WHATEVER!
